The Italian Grille

I asked for med well for my steak ..came out med rare...got waitress to take it back ..the cook came out with the steak and to make sure after warming it up if it was better...it was...but then I tried to cut into the steak...it was extremely hard to cut into...why ...Alot of fat through out the steak ...1/3 of the steak was fat...I know some people love fat on they're steak....I do not...I have ate there several times and went with friends because I love they're steaks...great flavor...but this was a huge disappointment... this is the worst steak I have had in a long time ( 1 out 5 times). I gave them 4 stars only because the waitress was really nice and try to get the steak cooked correctly. When I spend that kinda money on a Steak I want it cooked correctly and not so much fat!

Sad to give only 2 stars when the food was really good. We were the first patrons there today. Our drink order was taken and the waitress asked if we wanted breadsticks etc. I asked if they no longer have the complimentary bread and she said they did and would bring some out. 15 minutes later I finally got my wine. My husband asked about the bread and we were told it was still in the oven. Did I mention we were the first people there? What got me was I saw at least 2 other tables by this time who had the complimentary bread. ( it is awesome and that's why I wanted it)... Our meals came out before our soup. We asked for it to go. The waitress asked me when we ordered if I would like soup. She never asked me about a cup or a bowl. When soup came out, we could tell they were not same size and she told my husband I ordered the cup-which I didn't. I assumed it would be the same as his. We actually measured my "cup" of soup when we got home and it wasn't even half a cup. This place was great when I went first time. Not sure I'd drive from Fort Wayne just to go there again.

Italian Grille always delivers awesome service and amazing food. We were a party of ten and they were super accommodating, kind and just generally fantastic at serving us. The pizza here is great, and the bruschetta is our favorite. When we left, our server stopped us to bring cookies for the kids. She was patient with everyone and didn't make any mistakes even though a few in our party had substitutions or special requests. I would definitely recommend Italian Grille to anyone, but if you're bringing your family, you'll definitely enjoy your visit.

Seated very quickly and people were spaced out for safety. Service quick and friendly food nice and hot. We shared the bone in wings Cooked Daytona way, which is a two dollar upgrade. The wings are fried first then grilled. Well worth the two bucks. We've had there pizza which were great. Great Italian food
