Applebee's

Ordered $60 of food through their website for delivery. Food was 45 minutes late and ice cold. When I called Applebee's to discuss it, they blamed it on DoorDash. The actual delivery guy said he had just received and picked the order up 5 minutes prior to the delivery. Applebee's basically said there was nothing they could do. Did offer an in store coupon. When I told them we from out of town, maybe they could refund a bit of my charge, they said they would not. So, if I wanted to get poor service and cold food again, they'd give me a coupon for that. Thanks, No thanks.

Service (Her name was Katie) was phenomenal! Quick to take care of issues as she could. Unfortunately the kitchen messed up my order, and with covid restrictions, it would have taken too long for my 6 year old to wait to make a new order. Immediately taken off my bill without any problems whatsoever. Mistakes happen, no biggie. Was very happy with the prompt service and rectifying the situation with my bill immediately.

I was given from the hotel where I was staying a discount to go eat here nothing to special. I noticed for the free appetizer was carbs and more carbs which I wasn’t interested in just wanted to enjoy a salad which the appetizer was $7.49 a salad was around $2.50 instead the so called manager refused to let me have a salad instead of a carb appetizer was like if you want a salad which is healthier and more enjoyable the waitress said if you want it just order it, I’m like no thank you. They have a special on wine but only have house red wine and not the barefoot as advertised the house wine was well have tasted better. Ended up taking the steak fries and over cooked steamed broccoli which well if you want to eat soggy vegetables be my guest. All in all the so called manager totally not interested stood by the bar flirting with the employees seemed to be his job of the night instead of coming over. Would I go back no not interested.
