Domino's Pizza

We had quite the experience today. Ordered online to deliver to work. We got somebody else's order, but they happily replaced our food free of charge. And I can now say, I am a believer in the Domino's chicken wings, holy smokes. The food was impeccable, driver was chill and awesome, upbeat. Liberty took the online order and handled the phone when I called and she was wonderful. 5 Stars overall, thanks guys!

Tracker was all messed up, delivery tracker had them all over creation. Stated was delivered. Called and was told never left the store. Not bad only took an hour and a half to deliver ice cold food. Presently been on hold with the store for 10 mins. Hate being lied to. Would not recommend this Dominos

I have ordered pizza at this location many times in the 2 years I have lived here. In those 2 years I have received the entire wrong order (a different name and address on the box). I have received unseasoned burned bread bits (with 2 packets of parmesan seasoning included impling they knew they messed up but sent it out anyway). I have gotten the wrong pizza altogether as well and an entire pizza missing in the same order (and when they brought a replacement they had buried it in buffalo sauce and left it unsliced) and just recently received 5 cheese dip without the added bread twists(when I called I was immediately met with attitude and was hung up on when I met their toxic energy). As well as several minor issues that weren't worth the effort of arguing. This is the only restaurant I have ever called and complained about in my entire 28 years of life. I'm not a typical "let me talk to the manager" type, but this is without a doubt the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. You're better off driving farther than dealing with the complete incompetence at the School St Location.

They stopped the timer for your free pizza within 2 minutes before they brought it to me lol Not to mention the lady on the phone was rude to me to the point I didn't dare place my order with her in fear of her doing something to my food so I waited a bit and placed it on my app since she hadn't gotten my name yet. I think I'll goto pizza hut from now on.

It's a Dominos. I mean, if you're looking for top notch pizza, you may want to look at a higher end restaurant. But for what it's worth, the staff here, at least the night crew...they're good people. They accidentally put chicken in my build your own pasta, and when my husband went in to inquire, they fixed up a new batch and threw in some free dessert. That's the effort that matters. They're good in my book!
