Incredible customer service. I had a last minute catering order. They prefer 24hrs notice on an order like this. We had a tragedy at work and my wife suggested that I buy sandwiches. I went in and the workers were extremely cool and understanding about me placing a large order. I will 100% be going back to them time and again for catering orders. The employees working this morning at opening all deserve raises for going above and beyond.

I am not completely sure what is going on with the Jersey Mike's Subs location in Auburn. This is my third consecutive time getting a horrible sandwich from them. As you can see from my picture, the sandwich bread was stale and crumbling apart. Very disappointed and at this point I will never eat another sandwich from this location.

Been there twice recently as they are just off the interurban trail. They have a nice bathroom and cold drinks among sandwiches and chips.

I eat here so often that it is embarrassing! The food is great, but I come for the great staff! I feel like they are my kids, always smiling and happy to make a great sandwich!

I just cant even. They literally forgot the lettuce on my sandwhich, one of the main components of a sandwhich and when I called, no one answered forcing me to drive back over to get it corrected wasting my time, money, gas and BOTH MY BREAKS all because some dude forgot lettuce smh

Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had thus far at this Jersey Mikes location. There was a middle aged lightskin woman Harassing her elderly coworker in front of all of their customers! I really hope that women wasn’t the manager the way she was bossing around everyone in the store in a rude manner! I would never recommend this restaurant to another person in my life! Which is terrible because I love your sandwiches! The service is normally flawless but today was unacceptable.
