Multiple times me and my fiance have gone in 15 minutes before close and gotten the cold shoulder and a limited menu. Hours of operation are there for a reason. Ice cream is a night time treat. So if you work at a ice cream shop expect to make a banana split at 8:45. If it was a restaurant I would understand but with ice cream you are in and out in a very short amount of time. And if you have to stay 5 more minutes to clean a blender then so be it. Don't work in the service industry if you can't handle staying a little bit later than you expected.

I like the ice cream bear the atmosphere is nice the store is clean the customer service is great and the ladies behind the counter they are awesome very very nice young ladies and they work very hard to make sure all the customers leave happy with the smile and you know no complaints and if you can when you go into Baskin-Robbins be nice and tip the cashiers that makes your ice cream and milkshakes they work hard have a nice day

I regret not writing a review sooner.
I went here with my boyfriend several months ago, around November 2016. Until then, I didn't think you could possibly screw up ice cream.
I had ordered a hot fudge sundae. I wasn't a big fan of hot fudge and I only ever got it when regular chocolate syrup wasn't an option.
Well, the hot fudge was somehow burnt. It made the ice cream taste terrible. I couldn't eat it. I'm a shy person, and I've dealt with mean customers, so I was really nervous to go up and tell the guy working there what happened. I didn't want to seem annoying. My boyfriend persuaded me to, because he was sure I could get a refund or at the very least a free scoop to make up for it.
We went up there together, and told him in a hesitant tone that the hot fudge was burnt and it tasted terrible. I was about to ask for a refund or something when the young guy working there said something along the lines of, "Well, everyone else liked it." And he walked away from us. I was already nervous and didn't want to escalate it, so I just threw away the sundae and left. I regret not asking for a refund.
It was the worst ice cream I'd ever tasted and I thought the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. He should receive customer service training.

I just came into this store. The gal was wearing headphones, so I had to repeat my order to her twice. This wouldnt have been a problem except she was not super friendly and it appear I was interrupting her. There were no other customers in the store. I am also concerned that she did not wash her hand or wear gloves while preparing the icecream for me.

My experience with this store went really bad and gross. Evening shift lady served bad. She was mopping floor and then didn’t wear a food gloves or washed hands straight served my order.

I placed an order for a cake for my son,s birthday,They ruined my day,charged me $128.00 to ruine it ????that was so embarrassing infront of all the guests.Nobody should take a risk that was really really a bad experience.
