Very good dining experience here. Tried the Chile Relleno. The guacamole was the authentic style which had a little zing to it that made it just perfect for my likings. The beef fajitas were also tasty. Shiloh was our server and she did an excellent job. Definitely worth a visit.

Great Mexican Spot in Auburn!! It was my first time at Cebolla's in Auburn and had a great meal. Who loves good Mexican food? After a long day, I was starving !! The server was awesome and recommended a 'MansMeal' so I ordered the 'can’t go wrong' dish. the world-famous Carne Asada along with a bowl of Sopa Mexicana, a Mexican Style Meatball Soup. The house-made chips n' salsa were fresh and perfectly salted. The service was great the food was awesome and if you're ever in Auburn give Cebolla’s a shot!

The setting and scenery is very pleasant and the staff is extremely friendly. The service was pretty fast and those who served us were available pretty readily available. The menu is as diverse as any places of the sort making for a great dining selection at affordable prices.

Great food and service. Wwe had chicken fajitas and Texas margaritas. Both were excellent fresh tasting vegetables and perfectly cooked chicken were matched with a generous portion of sides, all of which were prepared with excellence. The prices were reasonable, and our only complaint could be that we wish the place was open later Saturday night so we could enjoy a couple more margaritas. Well done!

Service is good, but food is just ok. I was served a shrimp salad that was HOT. They placed what looked like a shrimp fajita combination, hot off the grill, directly onto lettuce, in a crunchy taco bowl. It made the lettuce hot and the whole salad soupy, which destroyed the shell too. It was slimy and gross. Next time, I may try ordering a side salad and chilled shrimp separately.

Normally the food is always good and I never have any issues. But this time when I placed an order to go there were a couple of problems. First, when I got there, I noticed the price total was a little high. When I looked at a menu inside, I noticed that prices were higher than the online menu. The online menu is for all Cebolla locations. The staff at the register went to get the manager to answer my questions about the prices. The Manager comes to the front and proceeded to stand there eating food while I am trying to ask him some questions. I showed him how the prices are different online vs in the restaurant. All he did was shrug his shoulders. He didn’t provide any verbal communication at all. He then printed out a receipt to show me what everything cost. The two meal items only went up by $1, so that’s not a big deal. We also ordered a side of Queso which I was charged $12.99 but online it’s just over $6!! Same size as you would get eating inside. Then my to-go fountain pop which was the size of a small fountain pop you would get at the gas station (less than 32oz) cost $3.30!! Those two items cost way too much and I got no answer as to why the huge increase except him shrugging his shoulders. I will never get a to-go pop ever again when I can go to the gas station and pay $1.50 for 32oz. I have always been a huge fan of Cebollas’s. I love their food but this managers lack of interest or concern regarding my simple questions does not sit well with me. You may have lost a customer.

Great food, great server, way to noisey. They need to add some sound control to the ceiling. Moving a chair is like a rock concert noise level . I like to have a conversation during dinner and the ambient noise level blocks that out.

Wait staff was not very nice. Didn't get refills. Didn't pick up any dirty dishes. You get plenty of food though. Affordable. Miss their Sunday buffet.
