Quality has defiantly went down since the 90's early 2000. I have enjoyed the hot wings for years. When they had the buckets of 20 HOT wings. Lacking flavor, quality, from Tacoma to Auburn

They have parking for online orders so you can call as you arrive, the idea is so you can skip the line and they bring it out to you, each time they don't answer the call and I end up going through the line. One day, I drove up ordered and asked for fresh food this time as the last couple of times my chicken was dried out, the kid said to park, and it would be 35 to 40 minutes. It would seem to me that they have no adult supervision and do as they please.

It gets a fast food five-star for its chicken sandwich. I have never had KFC fries until today and I think they're actually better than McDonald's. They're light crispy and seasoned perfectly and I can eat that chicken sandwich every day for a year.

The 5 chicken strips were not crispy at all. They were limp and oily and cold and just plain gross. Mashed potato were old. They were grey. Expensive and disgusting. They use to be so good. Do not come here at 330 in the afternoon hoping for a great early dinner. I would never come to this one again.

Extremely unprofessional environment. Within the 10 minutes of me being in there I listen to cussing and other topics that shouldn’t have been had with a customer in the store. But the part that upset me the most is that a larger white male worker in a black beanie sat and used racial slurs close to 20 times.

Basic KFC - ok service but food quality and delivery needs help. Family of 5 ordered from the menu and when we picked up the trays at the counter the KFC staff couldn't even tell us what was what. THEN: When brought the food back to our table we had to pass stuff around between us. The Nashville Chicken was basic chicken strips with some greasy oil sort of/partially drizzled on top of such. D+ for effort but the real world food looks nothing like the menu. False advertisement IMO.
