Mod Pizza

Pizza is good, ordering system not so much. Ordered online and had multiple errors in checkout, likely because they created a system where you have to click to 'confirm' card 'confirm promo code' etc etc. Too many hoops. Timing almost always underestimated on the website, and their phone system for curbside pickup is also wonky. Rating more indicative of the ordering mod online experience than the store. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Wanted something easy for dinner on Friday night after a long work week. Placed and online order around 6pm. Immediate pick up was not available due to order volume so I picked the next available options, 630pm with curbside pick up. Got to the parking lot at 635 and called to let them know I was there. They said they were running a few minutes behind but my food would be out shortly. Figured no big deal, but after waiting until around 715 I called back to make sure I hadn’t fallen thru the cracks and been forgotten all together. I was told we are running about 30 minutes behind but it would be right out. Finally at 730, they brought the pizza out. Drove home to find my 10 and 7 year olds had both already fallen asleep and opened my pizza to find that when you order olives, apparently 1 slice is all you get. Very disappointed with my experience. Apparently going inside would have been the better option but trying to limit exposure for myself and my community leads to poor service. Was not offered a coupon, discount or any other incentive to keep my business here. I will be taking my business across the street to The Rock or Papa Murphy’s in the future. Maybe a good spot during non peak hours but disappointing when it counts.
