customer service is lacking they can charge us a dollar for water that's and the front service call she was really rude when orering when we ordered a special shake.

I dined in with my dad and everyone was super friendly. Even brought our order to the table, which was very kind. I always order through the mobile app, and they got everything right. They are my favorite McDonald's in the Auburn area!

Unfortunately everytime I come here they don't get the order right. They're always friendly. But getting my order right is priority. Today again, they got every single item I ordered wrong. Wrong size Juice. I'm a vegetarian and they added bacon. And they didn't give me an item I ordered. I'm hungry. But im home now and have a cranky kid. I'm out a meal and money.

Only 1 star because I can't give a zero. Ordered
a #1 Big Mac meal and a shake.the $13.49. Didn't get my fries, had to ask for them. Got stone cold raw fries. Dry over cooked burgers. Manager "Sam was the second Manager I spoke with was uncaring and dismissed and downright rude She acknowledged that she gave me cold raw fries, didn't seem to care. The food is disgusting and and management could care less. Not looking for fine dining. Just something edible and

No orange juice with meal so I order a water instead. For some reason they charge me for the water separately and then add a sweet tea charge for good measure. Instead of refunding or just giving me an extra bottle of water they give me a cup of water instead. Also their fruit and maple oatmeal has zero (0) pieces of fruit in it.

I love your coffee, but sometimes (and lately it's been happening more often) it tastes like plain stained water. Maybe who ever is brewing it is forgetting to change out the coffee grounds after every brew.

Slowest McDonald’s ever. Two people left instead of continuing to wait for there food. They where taking care of drive through customers and basically ignoring everyone who came in even though we had to use the computer to order our food. Will not go back to this one.
