I even asked if everything was there in the bags and the lady confirmed that it was true. Nope she missed a cluck chicken sandwich which is almost 6 bucks plus my teriyaki bowl had pretty much two whole pieces of chicken breast. This is the worst experience I’ve had yet. I even called to see if I can pick up the sand which but no pickup which I do not understand. It was only 8:30 at the time so they could’ve picked up the call.

They tend to do their own thing here at this location. Sometimes they are open sometimes they are not (a far cry from Jack's slogan that they are"ALWAYS" open). Sometimes they take care, sometimes it is cash only and sometimes it's vice versa. Other than that it's typical fast food (although sometimes it's not so fast either). The app has some good deals!! You can also preorder and pick it up and it's already paid for so u don't have to wait (unless they haven't made it yet) and bypass the need when they decide to use cash only.

Had to take 167 instead of i5 today on my long commute, I never pull off to get good but was extra hungry and kept seeing 24 hour jack n the box signs so I pull off and go to this one.. no one answers at the menu so I wait a sec then pull forward and see someone inside for stop at the window just for a sec and the lady turns and glares at me then looks away and walks off... Went to McDonald's around the corner and the staff was super friendly and they food was hot! Avoid this place and get the McDonald's for breakfast 🤷‍♂️

So, we got here and waited our turn in the drive thru about 15-20 mins. We get to speaker order our food ( about $45.00) 3 person order so it took about 5- 8 mins, while we're finishing up our order 2 cars cut in front of us!! I say to the worker 2 cars just jumped line, I'm going to be so made if you take the orders. He said no worries please pull fwd. Why in the world did the take their orders!!! We waited and they should have as well!! So by this time we're trapped in the line so we have to wait another 10 to 15 min!!! Never going back!!!!

Asked for shake was handed literally what would qualify as the polar opposite of the shake we ordered. Asked for lettuce tomato and pickle on a burger and instead of what we ordered the burger was literally bare it had nothing on it. I think the main issue is a language and cultural barrier that's unfortunately a real issue here. The main problem is that the ppl working act as though you should pay them and take it even if it's not right. Maybe that's their custom but it's not mine. So if you complain it's handled in a rude way that's very uncomfortable. Just not an option I consider unless absolutely nothing else is open.

Worse service ever the workers are the worse and they are so disrespectful they yell at the costumers and when I asked are you was the one who took order she yelled again and said “ do you have problem what is your problem “ I was about to talk she shout the window on my face and she asked a manager to come .the Managers instead of apologizing for their fault the they yell too and the first thing she said was what is your problem like WTH how the heck you become a manager with that disrespectful behavior they should first learn how to respect and listen to the customers then start working. When u talk to them they act like they never live in humanity.lol I feel sorry for the owner do he/ she even know what is going on behind him in store and how disrespectful the worker is .

Greasy breakfast, sloppy hamburgers the tomato & sauce ended up soaking the wrapper & I think I ate 1/2 of that too! But Good Milkshakes But for Goodness sakes could they be anymore expensive $5 & some change reg. Size & a lrg.almost $7.00 that use to be a meal RIDICULOUS! that's why I don't eat out! After my Gson's graduation from Highschool we stopped and we ordered 3 jumbo jacks & 1 sourdough no cheese on all (you'd think you would get a discount & 1 small milkshake no whip crm & cherry 🍒 on top, mind u no other beverages or fries any extras not that we can't afford it, it was late at night & it cost $34.00 That use to be dinner for 2 at Black Angus in the 90's, so I'll just cook Thank u or go to Micky D's buy 1 get 2nd for $1 Bahdahdadah I'M LOVIN IT! 🍔🥤🍟
