Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food was pretty good. I had ordered like $40 worth of food for the family but ended up missing one of the chicken sandwiches I ordered. I came back and the manager was soooo nice. She got me a fresh sandwich without hesitating and disciplined the workers saying that they need to try harder. I would definitely give her a raise!

This place is sad. Waited 35 minutes for a pretty basic family meal. The management was horrible. He actually was washing the front door while his employees were struggling to complete orders. I would totally understand waiting if they were really busy but that was not the case. When I finally received the order, the quality was horrible (see pictures) the sides were wrong and there was absolutely no remorse for serving a customer something that I seriously doubt they would eat their selves. (See pictures) one star is being pretty generous. You have lost me as a customer and anyone who asks what I think of this location.

I ordered from drive thru and got terrible service. I saw the employees not wear gloves while handling the fries and putting a fry that was dropped on the counter back with the other. And when i came home, i noticed they only gave me 1 spicy chicken sandwich when i had ordered 2. I have to take another 20 minute drive back there to get my other sandwich. Honestly expected better safety measures from them during this pandemic and better service from previous visits.
