They sold me old hamburger that's been burnt and sitting in the grill holder for half a day probably not fresh one bit and the tea taste like dirt floor dirty is he'll almost slipped when walking in people craving brooms and serving your food didn't wash hands the cook didn't have gloves on picking his nose watch out for this place

Ok, LOVE the food, however, I am so tired of getting incorrect orders! Tonight and the last 2 other times at the McDonald’s on Opelika Road in Auburn, Alabama, my order has been wrong! Tonight I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese comb, a Big Mac and a cinnamon roll. Does that sound hard to anyone? Get home and I had everything EXCEPT FOR THE BIG MAC!!! Oh and they were not busy! Tried calling, guess what. No answer!!! They sure charged me for the Big Mac though! MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS HELP! I am sure that MANY others are agreeing with me.

After sitting in the.drivethru line for ten minutes I call them on the phone and ask if they were open because no one was taking our order. Then after saying my order about 5 times I was told the ice cream machine was broke only to hear ‘just kidding’. When we pull around to pay you could hear every one of the workers laughing and cutting up! Awful ridiculous place of business!!

Go to any other location in the city if you can. Consistently terrible quality food, even for McDonald's. Line employees somehow stay friendly even though the managers are combative and rude. A manager named Lisa there came out into the parking lot and screamed at the employees inside to have me pull up in the drive-thru, then hopped in a car with some random dude blasting music. I know it's fast food and all but this place is just terrible.
