Papa Johns Pizza

There is employee by the name of Savana, who is very professional and costumer friendly. I placed an order which I came to pick up it. I noticed the toppings didn't seem extra as I ordered. She immediately remade it with no problem even showed me to pizza. Awesome costumer service! If she is not in management she should be.

This is by far the best Pappa Johns location I have ever dealt with over the years. The staff is courteous and friendly and very willing to make the customer happy. Maybe it’s because I was emphatic to their environment and workload in a colleges town when voicing my complaint. But I was very pleased with the service I received from the crew on the evening of 8/22. Good job everyone.

I just ordered over $50 worth of food from here. When I ordered on line a message popped up saying all deliveries were no contact. After placing my order, I received a message about 1 hour later stating my pizza was outside. I went outside and there was no pizza. So I checked several more times over the next few minutes and still nothing. I called to speak to the manager who argued that the pizza was on the door step and one of my neighbors stole it. This was not true. He gave no apology or offered alternatives for me to receive my food. I asked for a refund to which he replied “ok you want to cancel your order have a nice day” and hung up on me. My money has not been refunded. Don’t subject your self to the rude, unprofessional staff here instead, do yourself a favor and go to Marco’s or something. The customer service there is superb.
