Mcalister's Deli

This was our first time here and it was wonderful. The food and service was amazing! Please know that you cannot tip on the credit card receipt at curbside pickup. We didn't have cash along so could only tip a couple of bucks. The woman who brought our food out still made us feel okay about it so I really appreciate that as well. Please corporate, consider a card tip option at curbside!! We will be back with cash soon!!!!

Stopped to get take out from McAlister’s to find out they didn’t have spuds which is perfectly fine. However, my issue was the back and forth between the kitchen and the employees in front of the customers. The male cashier with glasses (not sure of his name) he was very polite trying to make sure he got our order correctly. When I ordered something the employee that was packing the food was like “we don’t have spuds we only have choose two potatoes” with an attitude. It was very unprofessional, it was not the cashiers fault that the kitchen is giving him incorrect information. Once I asked to cancel the entire order, he repeatedly apologized. To the cashier, thank you for being so polite. To the other employee and I am certain it was the manager, please learn a better tactic on how to communicate respectfully to your team members during a busy shift.
