Sandwich was good, but on the small side for sure. Freshly made, but I ordered a beef Philly and I received a chicken Philly. Service was upbeat/friendly.

(Airport Food) be prepared to wait as they make everything custom, but if you have a long layover, I'd recommend.
Ordered the Chicken Philly + bacon, good flavor... really enjoyed! Would get a large next time as the 6" is pretty small.
Fries were really pretty tasty, had a nice pepper flavor.

The food here is amazing. The service can be iffy. I have been there, and they are on point and helpful and very quick. Other days, you would think I ruined their day by ordering something. It has improved over the last few months, so maybe management has gotten it under control. The food is always top tier and brings me back.

Great original cheesesteak and friendly service. The guy taking orders was very kind, and started pleasant conversations with me and every person in line before me. It was a welcome change from the usual hustle of the airport.

The staff here is amazing! The airport was super busy and lines were long, but the great folks at Charley's made delicious sandwiches for us, and were very friendly in the process. Thanks for a great experience!

I was passing through the airport (5/22/22 around 4:00pm) and wanted to grab something to eat before heading on to my flight. The staff was amazing. They were obviously understaffed and these ladies stepped up. They worked as a team and didn’t seem flustered by the long lines, short-tempered travelers, and lack of help. Bravo!
Management, please take notice and reward exceptional employees.

Thank you ladies for the delicious food. It really tasted like it was made with love.
I really appreciated the condiments being placed under the sandwich wrapper instead of on the food.
Seating was available and it areas were clean.

The staff is always friendly... The manger makes us laugh the food is great and the price is very reasonable when compared to other airports I've been to.
