Grub Burger Bar

First time patron, but it's definitely not the last!! We drove a little over an hour to try this burger, and were not disappointed! It was perfectly cooked, the over easy egg was spot on, the bacon jam was perfect! The fries were hot and crispy, and the aoli was delicious! If there were a better presentation of sauces for retail sale, some would have definitely made the return trip home with us! But as an overall experience, I can not recommend this place enough!!!

I went into this place with little to zero knowledge. I wasn’t impressed with the online pictures of the burgers, so was pleasantly surprised it looked a lot better than the fake pics they take for advertising purposes. The burger was a little dry for a medium cook, but otherwise good. I’d add the chipotle ketchup next time to give it more flavor. Pickles should also be standard for the classic burger. The fries were tasty and came in a giant metal bowl served group style. The beer is served in chalices, which is neat, but my Lagunitas was either flat or it’s been so long since I had it that it tasted bland compared to what I remember. The place could also use a lot more tvs since it feels like a cool place to watch a game. I did enjoy the ambiance, otherwise. Good, not great, but it had enough to bring me back. Also, I thought this place was called Hopdaddy not Hopdoddy for way too long.

Upscale Burger bar that cooks them the way that I like them. This is a nice fast-casual restaurant with a big bar and trendy drinks like alcoholic milkshakes. It seems to fit a lot of needs, including dates, after work get-togethers and families. I stop by here every week or two for lunch or on my way home. First, they have thick, juicy burgers that are consistent and tasty. They have lots of choices in the way of meaty sandwiches including bison, chicken, tuna, cheese patty, vegan patty etc. They are all about the toppings. There's always a chef special piled high with creative choices. The regular toppings are diverse and good quality. Often, I get egg and bacon on bison. I've never gotten anything that wasn't good quality. They have gluten-free options. They have a gluten-free bun that's tasty and light but a little crumbly. They've got fries, sweet potato fries, and some fried brussel sprout leaves. I find the "chipperbec" fries a little bit chewy but my friends love them. Their sides and appetizers seem a little limited but the "brussel sprout salad" is really tasty. The side salad is heartier than most. Their spicy options are also too much for me and my kid. It's not just a consistent stop for me; I frequently recommend it to my friends.

My first visit here. I had the Wagyu beef burger and regular fries. The burger was tender, juicy and not overcooked. Maybe a tad bit on greasy side but there was a good bit of cheese involved so not unexpected. The flavor was very good. I was not expecting that from a bar and grill type establishment. The fries more than made up for any bit of extra on the burger. I intended on only eating a few of the more than generous portion. Imagine my surprise when I realized that I had eaten the entire batch! They were too good to put down. The vibe was lively and people seemed to be enjoying each other. I didn't see too many folks occupied on their cell phones unless they were solo. I did not have an alcoholic beverage so I can't comment on the bar. A fair number of patrons were enjoying adult beverages ranging from a beer to a Pina Colada. The music was a good beat, but a bit loud for my taste. Did make for more private conversations. Overall I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back.

I love this place! Busted for the first time today and the burgers were excellent! So flavorful and fresh. I ordered a wagyu burger, shroom burger, large sweet potato fries and a Oreo shake. The large sweet potato fries is big enough for 3 people really. Also great service. Cashier was nice and friendly and they brought our food to us outside.

I was actually delighted when this place changed Grub burger to Hopdoddy. I had just had it in Memphis and my friend passed this location one day, called me saying they had a new location here, and the rest is history. We visit all the time and the service AND food are both impeccable. Keep it up. (And keep The Bodega on the menu 😩😩)

Love the place!!! Best burger and amazing fries. I would highly recommend this joint and would recommend to try fries and El diablo burger. They have had cut fries with minimum oil. They have many superb burger choice and they best part is they have options to replace stuff in case you are vegan, vegetarian or gluten intolerant.
