The customer service here SUCKS!!! The guy at the front was counter another drawer and didn’t acknowledge at all and is been standing there patiently waiting for 2 whole minutes. I had to ask him can I order and he told me “2 minutes”…yes I was annoyed but I remained calm and professional. Then when he was ready to take my order he said “what’s up?”….WTH??!!!! My drink was made incorrectly and so was my food. I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and they didn’t have any Buffalo sauce on it. I ordered a detox island and it didn’t have any ginger. The girl who made drinks clearly didn’t know what she was doing( she may be new so I’ll let her have it). All around service was HORRIBLE . I am very dis - pleased with this location especially because I’m a BIG FAN of tropical smoothie. I’ve been to one probably in every state and this was the worst ever. Please hire friendly, welcoming staff.

Today the two staff workers were very helpful, respectful and really made me feel like I was welcomed as a customer. Knowing the owner and meeting him a few times It was great to have the two attendants help me and my son. The man was from the islands and the female attendant had locs. The sweet potatoes were fresh from the oven! Great service. Pros: Efficiency Customer Service Staff Food taste good Suggestion: Perhaps more neighborhood specials Bottom line: Give them a try

This institution is disingenuous through false advertising. On opening day, it gave out 52 free smoothies (equal to a year’s worth) to the first set of neighboring customers that stood in line outside with a free smoothie 52 count punch card. Now that they have been in business for a while, they are no longer accepting the card despite all 52 haven’t been consumed. I will no longer support Tropical Smoothie. Fair warning to those that are looking for a lunch spot. You’re better off going to places with higher integrity.

It's great 60% of the time. But when it's off it makes you never want to come back. The smoothies are amazing and addictive when made by the right person.. sometimes the flavor is just completely off like they forgot something or it's too liquidy for a smoothie. Sometimes you'll order ahead give him 20 minutes to make the smoothie and then you'll still wait 20 minutes once you get there. Great concept horrendous execution. All you need is a consistent manager that knows what the hell's going on.

This location has gone down hill. My job has about 200 employees 3 minutes away and all of us who frequented this location hardly ever do anymore because the employees look and perform like they are lost. I placed a mobile order at 11:46am pickup time 11:56am. I walked in at 11:53 The 2 girls working since I walked in have taken phone calls have their boyfriends sitting at the counter and they have not made one smoothie since I walked in. It’s 12:15 and they just blending mine and gave it to me. Won’t be returning, I’ll go to the smoothie place on Bolton the rest of our employees have started going to.
