took a class tonight and it was so much fun. It was so sweet to see how passionate Luigi was about his craft. And the food was delicious!!! Would definitely recommend taking one of their classes :)
What a wonderful experience. The owner is from Italy and has brought some phenomenal culture to Atlanta, with some fantastic wines and foods. Appreciate this a lot.
Who knew a Monday evening could be so fun and so delicious!? Two friends and I recently attended an Italian cooking class at Tuscany At Your Table in Virginia Highlands, and without a doubt, we will return for another class very soon.
Owner Luigi is not just an awesome chef, he is also a great teacher and culinary cheerleader. The class was structured in such a way that each person got true hands-on experience in all phases of making fresh pasta, so now I feel confident that I can make it at home. It also had a good balance of "learning time" and "sitting with friends and eating time," so that we got to enjoy both activities.
In addition to fresh fettuccine, we also made a tasty salad and authentic Italian tomato sauce. There was even grilled garlic bread and amazing meats and cheeses to accompany the delicious red wine tastings.
Finally, the Italian market in the store features lots of delicious prepared foods to take home (my husband said the meatballs were delicious) as well as many Italian grocery items. Between the awesome staff (the young lady who assisted Luigi was great too!) and amazing food offered at Tuscany At Your Table, we will definitely be visiting often.
Adorable shop with some of best selection of wines and pastas. Their Wild Berry Sorbet was incredible!
Excellent store! We went here for a private event where they prepared a dinner with a wine pairing. All the food was amazing and perfectly paired with Italian wines. We had a delicious salad and charcuterie plate to start, followed by two pastas that were perfect and full of flavor. We finished with a light dessert that was delicious!! It was an excellent evening at such a great spot!!
My favorite spot to grab a panino or a salad. Our girls love going to pick special treats, special lunches or dinners, or our favorite Italian meats and cheeses that aren’t always easy to find. Neighborhood fave 💖
This quaint Italian market is a true neighborhood gem. We visited the store on a Friday afternoon and fell in love with both the store and the staff. In addition to homemade entrees, paninis, gelato and coffees, they have a wonderful selection of imported foods from Italy. There is a photo attached of what we purchased that day. We were so impressed, in fact, that we called Luigi to inquire about a custom food order. Luigi was so wonderful! He made us a tray of lasagna and a tray of tiramisu with only 24 hours notice! We had family over and everyone RAVED about how delicious it all was! My husband said it was the BEST lasagna he's ever had and he's traveled extensively in Italy! I will continue to frequent this shop! Oh and don't miss the exquisite Italian ceramics they sell too!
I’m at loss for words, we stumbled on this place on social media so we decided to try it. This was the best find in a while, everything we bought was just amazing. The service was great, the lady that served us was so friendly and engaging, we loved this place. Defined will be coming back!!!
Edited: My previous review was regarding the mislabeling of the price of a panini on the door flyer vs the register. The owner's response was prompt and kind, and I believe all of the signage has been updated. The panini I did have was good and the employees were kind.
I liked the place a whole bunch. Great selection of Italian food items. Panini, cheeses, deli meats, dried pastas, wine, prepared foods, gelato! Add a friendly and helpful staff and it's a great reason to hang out. The one suggestion I would make is to create a bigger more thorough blackboard of what's available, what's in the deli case. It would make shopping way easier.
