Birthday dinner at this location with my family. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The chef was funny and entertaining!! The food was okay … I was kind of disappointed. I had the hibachi steak and scallops which were okay!! The decor was very nice. Our favorite part was the video/picture area. That was fun and different

As an often repeat customer I must say Justin has outstanding service. He is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. If you sit on the dining/sushi side request to sit with Justin! He made our date night very pleasant!

I've had sushi all over the world, including in Japan, and the food here is just about the best I've ever had. The specials for the sushi and the mushrooms were one in a million, great Bento menu, and incredible selection of fish. This is a place I'd come back to again and again!!

The hospitality is good..service with a smile. Although pricey for a habachi grill the portion size on the lobster and steak are the biggest I have ever experienced...8 oz for both. The shrimp were the best quality I have ever seen at hibachi. So you definitely get what you pay for. Now for the seasoning...I'm a extra garlic butter on everything type chic and even with that the food lacked salt. So if you like that heavy handed southern seasoning...remember this is a Japanese restaurant sooo bring some salt packets. Oh I forgot they will serve browned fried rice if you ask...which was a first for me...usually only steamed.

This is THE BEST hibachi in town!!! Jianelle greeted us at the door, and I already knew it was gonna be a great experience. Our chef was Tim - he was just UH-mazing!!! Unlike a loooot of hibachi chefs, Tim cooks with passion, that’s why his food was just so wonderful! He was also funny as hell. Cheng was our waiter, he was SO well-mannered with true Asian etiquettes, and the service he provided was absolutely top notch. Make sure you come on over and have a great time here at Nakato!!!

Great food options, can do hibachi and everything from the menu. There are semi private hibachi rooms that can host up to 20 people. Service is excellent. Sachi (I think she runs the family business) is super helpful and very accommodating to our needs for our private event. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended. We came back for non-hibachi dinner. It was excellent and worth the price. We had combination dinner, Waygu beef bell pepper, some rolls, and Kaisen don. The don was expensive ($80) but worth the money and has uni, toro, and a bunch of specialty fish. I chose this over the Chirashi bowl ($55).

Not what it use to be. I'm disappointed for that matter because this restaurant isn't around the corner from us. I want it to be worth the inconvenience of the travel. It use to be. For some reason they only give you a small amount of vegetables. If you're vegetarian, it frustrating. It is what it is. Plus the price is higher than what it use to be. The shows are basic now. The experience isn't what you expect from hibachi anymore. It went from being great to okay in my opinion. *******************UPDATE**************** After my review I was contacted by Debbie about my response. My experience was not the reputation and integrity of the services and quality of food they offer. Saddened by my review I was asked for a redo. I thought on it and decided to take them up on their offer. In the past I've had a terrific experience so they were worth another attempt. When I tell you....we completely enjoyed ourselves, we did indeed! The food was amazing and service was phenomenal. There's not too many businesses that stand by their product. Restaurants forgot about the customer experience. Repeat business is how your success in this industry. I really appreciate everyone at Nakato for leaving a great impression on my family and I. Making it right and ensuring they've met our expectations means a lot. We'll be back and we'll be sure to share our feedback with others!

You can get hibachi at a lot of places but what sets this place apart is the overall great food and the delicious garlic noodles. A lot of times the vegetables at Hibachi are very hard and can taste undercooked, but these vegetables are cooked to perfection. Everything we ordered was delicious, we were a party of seven so that included a variety of all of their options. They have a great sushi selection. They offer the traditional Asian seating on the floor where you take your shoes off, or the Hibachi area, or table and chair service and see you. They have a delicious Moscato if wine is your thing along with a list of many other spirits. Will definitely be going back. The traditional salad and soup that is served is better than most, the salad is better anyway. I believe you can attribute that to the fresh ginger salad dressing, I happen to love ginger. The soup is pretty standard but everything else is definitely better than the other Hibachi places I've visited, and I've visited several.
