Panera Bread

Terrible service! Don't use their catering or rapid pick up! I had a very specialized order that I requested from them and when I picked it up, it was 15 minutes behind schedule and nothing was labeled. When I opened it for the business meeting, nothing had been customized and two items were missing. There were a couple of pieces of bread thrown into the delivery bag. As follow up, Panera emailed me to ask what I thought of their service. I told them that I was disappointed in their service and explained why. The representative replied to ask if I'd checked the order. Well, no. It was late. Nothing was labeled and the only way to find out if there were tomatoes on the sandwich was to unwrap it. Please don't ask for feedback and then blame the customer.

I think this particular Panera Bread has gone rogue from all other Paneras. The service here is terrible with long waits and rude people. I specifically asked the cook when I picked up my order if he could throw in one extra thing of salad dressing and he said no insisting there was extra dressing already in the bag, there was not. Also, portion size is considerably smaller at this location, especially for salads. Avoid this location, there are plenty of other great places to eat right next door.

This Panera is a disgrace to all others. Every single time I order for pickup, something is missing. Not just a small, custom requested topping on a salad either. It'll be a soup from my you pick two or a bagel. Never have I been offered the free treat that Panera promises for a messed up order. To-go portions seem smaller compared to eating in as well. I don't think a to-go full salad should be the same size as a half size when eating in...

Ordered breakfast sandwich at 8:23 am Apr 9 . The lady that was in the food area got my order wrong , and insisted that it said something else, when obviously on my ticket and by past orders says what I had asked for. They didn't offer to have it remade , they just took the egg off and swapped it with a different egg. Half of the time my orders are almost always wrong or not quite right. Usually the say or sorry for the trouble and give me a free item for not getting it right , the time there was no sorry or anything and she made it seem like I sent in a different order , which I didn't. I come here everyday before and after work. I hate this Panera. I think ill just stop going here if I'm always going to have problems and someone not cares and not wanting to fix it.

Long wait and rude employees. I have eated at a few panara breads before and i have used ketchup from the restaurant, however, when i asked one of the staff for ketchup she laughed as if i was crazy saying we don't serve ketchup. Like what restaurant dont serve ketchup? My toasted sandwich was terrible. The bread was wet and soggy, and poorly put together in comparison to all the other places i have dined at. I put most of it in the trash. I do not recommend this place at all.

I chose one star because it wasn't optional to give a zero. Delivery service is horrible. 45 minutes late today, 20 minutes late yesterday. This after asking specifically the day before if they could deliver lunch on time. I will NEVER use Panera at this location again. Either another location can get what I need or I use another vendor.
