I visited this restaurant late Saturday night, 5.7.2022 and had a wonderful experience. First-They had a shrimp option!!!! Second- The food was hot!!!! I ordered 2 of the three egg breakfast plates for delivery. 1 hour and 50 minutes later, it arrives. I receive one Styrofoam container instead of two. At first I thought they'd just forgotten my second plate, but that was not the case. There were only 3 eggs in the container (over medium, so easily counted), but 4 pieces of bacon. There were 2 biscuits (though one of the plates should have had toast), and two orders of grits. Were they out of containers? What happened to the other order of eggs (scrambled)? Who thought this was acceptable? This is not the first time I've had major issues ordering from this Krystal's. ..but it will absolutely be the last time.

I would rate this place no stars if I could for what I experienced after eating their chili cheese tots yesterday. First, the chili tasted spicier than the chili on the chili dogs. Second, the chili was heavily seasoned. Third, the tots were super greasy. I woke up at 1 a.m. today with a cough that burns. And then I vomited. Please stop eating at this establishment. Take your money elsewhere.

First time eating at Krystal while in Atlanta for vacation! The fries were really good. I'm not sure what the meat was, it's almost like a giant sheet of beef was smashed thin, then steamed, lastly a pizza cutter was used to cut them into squares? Some of the bread was soggy from the thin meat being extra moist-y. Yum?!
