I have eaten at Bistro 29 twice since it replaced the former Pasha. The first time was dinner and I was disappointed to discover that tabbouleh was no longer on the menu. The food was reasonably good. Today I had lunch there. Service was horrible. Waiters stood around chatting and had to be flagged down to get them to the table. The restaurant wasn't even 1/4 occupied. The chick pea stew was nothing but chick peas with canned tomato sauce. There was no seasoning. I don't believe I will try this restaurant again.

MY ROOMMATE AND I LOVE BISTRO 29 (formally Pasha Cafe)! The prices are reasonable, every menu item we have tried is delicious, the food comes out fast whether eating in or taking out, and the service is lovely!
Highly recommend it! Pizza is great as well as the gyro platter.

Very good neighborhood place. Good service. Favorites: Chicken souvlaki (and the same as entree salad), Greek salad with shrimp, the lamb entrees. Never tried the pasta nor pizza. Beware of wines at lunch: ask if it's a new bottle.

This little place has remarkable American food (the server told us everything is made on site). The Oyster appetizer is particularly not to be missed! But the place is small and becomes crowded easily so get there early or plan to stand in line, You won't be disappointed!

Surprised. Ambiance was nice. Wine was good and the menu appetizing. A very nice place. American, Italian and Greek cuisine with great service. Has entertainment on certain days.

Unassuming is putting it lightly. The food and service here is way much better than the looks of this place. I had sea food tagliatelle in tomato sauce and it was exquisite; sea food was fresh, sauce was not watery and the tagliatelle Al dente.

My favorite neighborhood place and somewhere I go very frequently. Great service and with a smile and all the food I've had has been great. Also, it's fairly inexpensive. High marks from me.

Went here with four coworkers. We all had something different, and we all really enjoyed the food. Service was attentive. Definately worth a stop.
