The air machine for tires isn’t working. There was no “Not working” sign. Check whether there’s a slit at the end of the red tube. Edit: Thanks 7-Eleven. I just submitted a fuller review which included the terrible experience I had with the supervisor on side at that time. She claimed I had paid the machine despite it having a "broken" sign - which it did not, and her employee confirmed this to her. She then wanted to give me $1.75 despite it costing $2. She claimed $1.75 was the price and that I was charged $2 solely because I paid with card. Again, I had to waste time there as she walked over there herself to confirm that she was again wrong. Very little respect for customer's basic common sense and time.

So order twice from this 7-Eleven via Grubhub. Once again Grubhub did not pick the location nearest to me but delivery times were not bad and the food, in some cases, hot when it was meant to be hot and cold when it was meant to be cold. Some items seem worth ordering, like the pizza and ice creams, others seem to be too expensive for their size, such as nuts. Luckily, for this week, delivery was free. But even in the future I can see ordering pizza or ice cream from them. Even their chicken tenders were more like chicken breasts with breading. Cheaper than some pizza delivery places. Four out of five. Addition - visited this location while out enjoying the weather. Lots of products to buy, very clean, and very friendly. Chatted with the staff AND other customers. And yes, oh no, you have to wear a MASK! But a really nice 7-11. Added a star.

Today as I was getting ready to buy a soda and ring my item up to the cashier I was told I can not purchase anything in the store because I did not have a mask as my face was covered with a hoodie. I do not have an issue with following the policies that were put in place to protect the well being of other customers, but I also noticed another customer that did not have a mask on his face and was able to purchase an item with no complaints. Again I have no issue with following the policies but the policies regarding COVID-19 should be enforced on every customer that enters the store. Also, as I was leaving the store a Latino woman at the cash register said derogatory terms towards me. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced and I will not be returning to this 7-11 ever again.

This is the worst 7-11 I have ever been to. Whenever I go there, I have to repeat myself several times for a pack of cigarettes. Also today I was just refused service for not wearing a mask, I had the cash and everything but they wouldn’t serve me. I was Trying to buying 2 Red Bull’s But couldn’t, I almost just left the cash on the counter and walked out but I didn’t. The 7-11 around the corner serves me without a mask. I will never shop in this store again. Also for those of you that don’t know, it’s a felony in va for anyone over the age of 16 to wear a mask in public. This is still a law in va even during the pandemic, it was never repealed

literally the worst experience i had in a convenience store ever. how do you try to swipe the top part of a gift card where the hole is and then say sorry sir its not working go get a new gift card and when I came back after I waited until he finished arguing with another customer he again try to swipe the same side with me trying to tell him the whole time that what he is doing is wrong and him just saying "one second sir" and when surprise surprise it didn't work he looks at me and goes "sorry sir its not working" the shift supervisor now takes notice she asks him something in another language and he answers with the same language then looks at me and goes "sorry sir its not working" THE CARD DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A MAGNETIC STRIP. so neither he or his "supervisor" knows how the magnetic strip card system works.
