Steak 'n Shake

Ordered through Grubhub, seemed simple but they forgot one of my drinks, no lettuce on my burgers when that was my only topping on them, ordered large cheese fries but looks nothing like the picture and came with no cheese whatsoever, didn't even bother to fill the CUP with fries. No napkins or silverware when there is an option for adding silverware and napkins. And the small fries that come with the combos look like the same amount as my LARGE "cheese" fries. Trash restaurant.

This location no longer has a drive-thru. You must go inside to pickup or carry-out. You do not order with a person. You must order online, through the app, or at one of the kiosks in my pics. The food is still good and it was made relatively quickly. The people working the night I went we're all very helpful and respectful. They even gave us extra onion rings because we had to wait a little longer than expected for our food. We didn't ask, they just gave them to us. The inside was dinghy and a little dirty but it was near the end of the day.

Definitely lost it’s quality. You walk in and looking for the employee to help and find out by yourself it’s only self ordering no one greets you walking in. Seems kinda like a ghost town. The menu has been cut down. Place is dirty. Milkshake was not good. Customized my burger and it came the way they wanted to make it. I left hungry still like I walked in. The food doesn’t hit you. The whip cream was out and you had to find out for yourself by getting back up and go ask them. The sidewalk when walk out is uneven and I damn near sprained my ankle so watch out for that too.

Don't recommend it. They only got half of the order correct and of course we didn't know until we left as it was a to go order. One of the burgers was supposed to be loaded, including bacon which almost doubled the cost of the burger. Ended up with a bun, cheese, and a tiny little patty. When I called to let them know they messed up they tried to argue it. I had to go line by line down the receipt to get her to understand. They lack attention to detail.
