Deja Vu Martini Lounge

Really enjoy the Martinis here. So many different combinations. A bit pricy, average cost is over $10 a glass I want to say closer to average of $12-14. But at the same time they are really good. I've gone a few times now over the years and they never disappoint. Sometimes there's a live band, nice seating, nice atmosphere- Nicer than most bars. If you've never had a martini before, this is definitely the place to try one. Also, yes they have other drinks available. My husband got a beer.

I regret my decision to go to this bar with my girlfriend, a horrible experience. I ordered a Bahama Mama, which I've had numerous times being that I'm from Florida. This Bahama Mama was unlike previous versions I've had. 1. The drink was almost white colored, typically Bahama Mamas can range anywhere from a light yellow to a dark orange. 2. There was no tropical or fruity taste to the drink, though it is advertised to have splashes of orange and pineapple on the menu. 3. The drink was served in a martini glass which I am not seeing is the norm for this establishment. After telling the bartender I wasn't fond of my drink nor was my girlfriend fond of her Lavender Lemon Drop, the bartender didn't allow us to swap out our drinks which sucked because we were drawn there because of the wide variety of drinks and wanted to try a few, but after seeing how the bartender did bad with simple drinks and wouldn't exchange, my girl and I decided to leave. At this point we told the bartender to not charge the card on file and instead we have cash that we would use. The bartender being offended, by us not liking his versions of drinks we were very familiar with, at this point declared the cash we handed to him counterfeit and decided to call the cops. From that point he was rude to my girl and I, luckily I remained calm throughout the situation and was able to leave with my life after the police showed up. All in all I do not recommend the bar because of their bartender Peter and my interactions with him, and also the fact that their drinks were bad. Racism aside, my suggestion would be to probably shorten their menu and focus on making actual good drinks. Also, as previously stated we told the bartender to not charge the card on file, regardless the card on file was charged without my consent or signature.
