Papa Johns Pizza

Waited for pizza for an hour and a half (expected to be 45 min) I called to see what the problem was and I was told they’d make a new one and send it out. I understand stuff happens but this isn’t the first time this has happened with this location. When I requested for a reimbursement I was told that they can’t do that was hung up on.

The service here is trash. The estimate showed 60 min wait. It’s been 2.5 hours and still nothing. I had to call again just so the dude could tell me they’d make another and send it out again. I understand things happen but I can’t stand bad customer service. After the wait I still proceeded to thank him and he just hung up on me, as if I was the one at fault. 0 stars.

the pizza is good but they need to stop using door dash for the delivery. twice my pizza didn't show up. apparently they delivered it to an apartment 12 buildings down. the door dash driver refused to bring the pizza to the correct address. my pizza is cold now because I had to go hunt it down. thankfully papa john's gave me a refund but it is frustrating.

Does papa johns not have their own delivery drivers anymore or something?! The past two times I ordered, I asked that they text or call when they are here dropping my pizza. Both times I open my door to cold pizza because they failed to even knock on my door. There is no tracking on the app any more, so how am I supposed to know when my order arrives? I was blur to call the store because it had been an HOUR and still no call, no text, no alert, nothing. Terrible service now since they changed whatever they're doing with drivers. I'll pay the extra for pizza Hut next time. I'm disappointed.
