This place was recommended by a local, and it did not disappoint! The seafood was outstanding and very obviously fresh. The portions sizes were big. The calamari app was so tender and perfectly breaded. The fish was the freshest I’ve had in a long time, and the chips were a little taste of heaven. The flounder BLT will change your life! It is an original to the restaurant—someone from your table must order this. Paired with the Caribbean coleslaw… *chef’s kiss*! The crab cakes were absolutely amazing and melt in your mouth—they reminded me of my childhood in Baltimore. I had to order the crab soup to go, and I expect it will also bring me back to growing up by Chesapeake Bay. Every bite was stunning. Staff was friendly and attentive, the service was quick, the atmosphere was relaxing and fun. Highly recommend to all the seafood lovers out there!

Casey was our server and she was incredibly knowledgeable on the menu and the knowledge of the restaurant. The cream of crab was ok, it was mainly flour tasting. The crab soup was 8/10. Definitely a must have if you eat bacon. I ordered the crab cake dinner and my husband had the scallop risotto. Both were fantastic and cooked well. The crab cake did not have any filler and tasted great. I would highly recommend this place! The only place I would put slightly higher than here is Dutch’s daughter in Fredrick because they cream of crab is incredible. Either way, this is a must visit restaurant!!

Delicious food at a decent price. Clean restaurant. The space is very open and well lit. I was thinking bar and it was deceptively large and more of a restaurant. We had the cream of crab soup, the crab and artichoke dip, the crab balls and the fish and chips and it was all delicious. I tried the blue point oyster and it was so smooth and like eating egg drop soup. I wasn't ready for the cajun spice sauce the crab balls come with though. It wasn't good and I should have asked for tartar sauce. I'd go here again.

Excellent service, Taylor was the best. Our drinks were never empty and our food orders came out exactly right. Get there early as no reservations are taken. Tables are placed quite close together. Other than that BB&G is an excellent choice.

I just got Maryland style crab soup and oysters on the half shell. Both were excellent. They have several varieties of oysters. The place has a nice nautical atmosphere. The Bentley isn't mine, unfortunately. Just was sitting in the parking lot on Sunday.

I had to Seabass and shrimp, two different chowders in one bowl call ting and yang. The Fish was perfectly cooked and tender not dry, and everything else was delicious down to the bloody Mary. I came in after church on Easter did not even have to wait. My food came out promptly service is excellent. Very nice atmosphere very relaxed casual a little noisy but not awful.

We started with the ice cream nachos for an app, as all good meals start with dessert, and they were a hit. We added chips and salsa and that was good. Hand made chicken tenders with fries. The chicken was really good the fries though were disappointing as they tasted like warm and dry. Fish and chips was fantastic. And the fish tacos were good even though they look like burritos.

Food is delicious. Ate at the bar during busy hours. Bartenders did a great job at checking in with us often. Lots of oyster options. I ordered 2 different types. Close to the water, but no view of it. Affordable and worth the visit.
