A truly enjoyable dining experience awaits you, from the signature cocktails to the soups and starters right up to your entrees and deserts. The crab cakes are wonderful. The braised short ribs fall off the bone. Most of the vegetables are farm to table and the waitstaf couldn't be more helpful. Make sure to try Blackwall Hitch.

Went here last night to celebrate Mother’s Day and was a little bit disappointed in the quality of the food and the service. We heard from others that Blackwall was a great place to eat so we decided to try it! I will say our appetizer of the flaming crab dip was the only amazing part of our dinner. So good. But I ordered the Burger medium and it came out well done and burnt on about 20% of it. Paying 17$ for a simple burger at a nice place I expected much better. I only ate half. My mom got the short ribs and said they were just okay. My sister really liked her Red brick chicken, though! As far as the service, our server seemed to disappear for long periods of time when we needed things. We asked for a dessert menu from someone who seemed like he was a manager (one of those employees who just stand by the wall looking out at what’s going on) and he totally forgot about it. We waited about 10 minutes to give him a chance or catch our server and still nothing so we got up and asked someone else for it. The dessert was actually good, though. We got the chocolate mousse! I don’t think the price we paid for dinner was worth our experience; especially for a Mother’s day celebration I was pretty disappointed. We are not sure if we’d come back again.

One of the few restaurants in the area with parking if you are driving. Staff was friendly and professional. Great area for large groups like wedding parties. Tuna tartar with dried plantains for scooping was unique and tasty. Atmosphere is open and bright. Blue buffalo chicken sandwich was great for those who like some heat. The crispy brussel sprouts are a great alternative to the fries, although the truffle fries are delicious.

Solid spot in Annapolis. Very nice decor and wonderful service for our large party. Very accommodating place for large groups and great location with a parking lot attached. Would definitely recommend going here. The one point of feedback would be the cuisine I chose which left a little to be desired (chefs catch miso salmon) but don't want to paint the menu with a broad brush because of one item. All in all good dining experience.
