I tried calling 4 times for a pizza no one answered the phone so I came in and ordered. There was like no workers there at all. One worker kept coming out and talking to his friend. I'm just disappointed.

Hate trying to get in and out of this place! Sometimes traffic very busy! Can be a dangerous intersection! But the staff was very friendly!

Ordered a barbecue pizza last night and my mans mom got food poisoning from it! Called and talked to the girl working up front because the cook wasn’t available and she was rude! Very unprofessional! We will not be back.

Never order pizza online at this Casey's, its never ready on time. Everytime I go in and get it i have to wait 10mins from the time I'm suppose to pick it up. Because they forget to make it. Other than that they have good service and food

Casey's Taco Pizza is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. We have had these pizzas all over the state of Illinois, and the one we got from Anna was the worst we have ever had. The woman who made our pizza must have slept through her training on making taco pizzas. She made ours with chicken because we didn't specify what kind of meat we wanted. (Casey's Taco Pizza is made with beef. Period. You don't NEED to specify.) We were not impressed with a chicken and cheese pizza, especially one with no taco toppings, so she remade it with beef. But when it came down to putting the final toppings on, well, let's just say I've had more lettuce on a slider. The tortilla chips on the pizza wouldn't have filled a coffee cup. There were no diced tomatoes. We were here for the wine trail, and when we come back in the future and crave another taco pizza, we'll go to the one in Jonesboro.

They make the best pizza of all this area's Caseys. Always a busy store they keep their lines moving on thru quickly.

Great food and friendly staff! You can tell the new store manager is making a difference, the store is much cleaner, the staff is more helpful, even the pizza is better! Go Anna Casey's!!
