i work there for about 3 weeks or more. its nice there but the boss is something else... He will yell at you for doing something right. he don't do anything beside sit in the front room and yell at us for doing "nothing" and it gets annoying after a week!!!! and i cant wait until they go out off business. I wish the best of luck to who ever is still working there i don't know how you can handle it but more power to you.

I eat here once or twice at week on average. The first time was a good experience. The Italian beef was very good, the au Jus was great, and really made the sandwich. I had multiple other experiences ranging from great, to decent. The second to last time I ordered here the Italian beef was very dry, and the cheese sticks had very little cheese, but the au Jus made the sandwich bearable. I decided to give them another chance, as they are usually pretty good. I ordered the Zesty Chef sandwich with cheese sticks and two sides of au Jus, (again, my favorite part of any sandwich.) The order total was $16.82 with the delivery fee, and as I didn't want to get out, it was worth it. I gave the driver $18. When he left I noticed that I had no au Jus, and the cheese sticks were overcooked, nearly burnt... They were crunchy. I went ahead and didn't worry about the cheese sticks and ate them anyway. I called to let them know about the sauce not making the trip and they said I could have a credit for extra free au Jus with my NEXT ORDER... I said, "But I want au Jus with my sandwich this time, that's why I ordered it, it makes the sandwich." She claimed I hadn't paid extra for the au Jus, laughed at me, and said that there was no way they were sending a driver out just to bring me au Jus sauce, though I specifically ordered it, paid a delivery fee so I wouldn't have to get out, and tipped the driver. I am appalled by how rude the woman on the phone was, and at how little concern they had for the satisfaction of their customers. I have news for you folks, there won't be a NEXT ORDER. You just lost a regular customer. The customer is ALWAYS right, and laughing at them, when you failed to fulfill the order is a bad idea. I cannot in good conscience give one star, because the food is usually decent, but I would give negative stars if I could for how I was treated as a customer. Overall, it is a crapshoot as to whether the food will be good, and don't expect any level of customer service or care. Do you really want to play roulette every time you order dinner, I don't.
