Pizza Hut-wing Street

Horrible horrible horrible. Conducted an online order for their new ultimate cheesy crust and cinnamon buns. It took 40 minutes in delivery time to go just 7 minutes. The pizza was cold and just a regular pizza and the cinnamon buns were burnt. Took 10 minutes to finally talk to someone on the phone. Told them about it and they stated it would take 20 minutes to make the pizza. I elected to pick up being I'm 7 minutes away. Got there, and it wasn't ready. They ran out of the cheese is what I was told. So I had to sit even longer to wait for my food. My initial order was put in at 6:48p.m. and at 9p.m. I'm finally getting my food not delivered but instead I have to pick it up. And this is how they make the ultimate cheesy crust pizza. Nothing like what's pictured on the television or internet.

Not sure the young man who works here during the day but he is a saint. The place is scorching with heat but he is always in a great mood. Makes it an effort to always say hello and ask how my day is. On top of that he brought my food to the car the other day. Kudos young brother keep being the reason people come back!

This Pizza Hut might as well be a dark alley because ordering pizza here is a crapshoot. Ordered an hour ago? 40% chance they'll start making it after you show up to carry out. Ordered more than 4 toppings? 85% chance they'll get the order wrong. Don't want beef or pork? Don't worry they'll give you some anyway. Want some plates and napkins? No problem, they'll give you the ones that were just accidentally dropped on the floor right there in front of you. Oh sorry about the hassle and/or bad experience, just call to let them know and give them your phone number for $10 credit towards your next order that they may or may not honor (90% chance won't) because the person taking your next order has no idea what you're talking about.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have ordered pick up and delivery for years from this location until my last order. The Maple Glen location is the worst. The staff AND management are unprofessional, delivery person was a nightmare for my last order and food was overcooked and completely greasy. It could be a gold mine but it is run so poorly and it doesn't even look clean inside. Won't be back... ever.

Terrible quality of service. I did an online order fro,m the Maple Glen location, the pizza arrived with the toppings I had paid extra for. I called the resturant and spoke to the "manager" who was rude, did not apologize at all and said the best can do is put a $10 credit on my account, the Pizza cost me $16! What makes it worse is when I called back to use this $10 credit they said I don't have it on my account! STAY AWAY LOW LEVEL STAFF WITH NO JOB TRAINING.
