Dunkin'

I don't know who would rate this over 2 stars. You want a fresh donut and a coffee without too much hassle? This place works for that I guess. The staff is lazy and the hot food is terrible. I walked in the door for a coffee once and dude stood at the register on his cell phone starring off into space for a good 3-4 minutes before he hung up and decided to serve me. I also doubt the cleanliness of the location so for me coffee is the only safe choice.

I ordered two butter pecan iced coffees with cream and a turbo shot in only one of them. Not only did they not put any cream in my coffees they completely used water downed coffee. The guy was having a hard time reading my order on the screen. The poor cashier woman was trying to help him out while manning the register. She had allot of customers come in after me and had to stop to deal with the register. She seemed like the only one who knew what she was doing. Other people came out from the back to help but still my order took 10 minutes to make and everything was wrong.

7/8/19-i was at dunkin because my grandmom lives near there and it’s the only one i could go to. I already hated it there but i still went i got my drink, an iced caramel macchiato, and the woman working put it as a latte. I told here and she fixed it and was nice. but then i see the girl making my drink. She take put too much ice in my drink and she scoops some out WITH HER HAND she didn’t even have any gloves on, that’s disgusting never going there again and nobody else should

I stopped here to grab a quick coffee, and it was a big mistake. First off is the totally inadequate parking. There are about two dozen spots for eight stores, and you can only enter and exit in a one-way fashion. And there’s parking in the back with about six spots, and this was a one-way in, same-way out situation, so I had to back up. Who designed this frustrating nonsense? So I ended up parking across the street at CVS, but only after making the forced right hand turn to leave the Dunkin Donuts parking lot, which really sucks because it prevents you from circling back around to find a spot. As for the coffee I ordered, what a joke! It was thin and old. On top of that the restaurant needs a good cleaning and the two people working were totally inept at customer service. I don’t know how Dunkin Donuts will survive with these horrible experiences becoming so common. It’s not the same DD’s I loved as a kid in the 80’s.
