Gypsy Blu

My Granddaughter and I went to Gypsy Blue last night just to celebrate life. Our waitress Brenda was fabulous , happy. Informative. We were approached by the manager and the owners wife making us feel very special The food was excellent and my Espresso Martini was a 10. Will try to make one of their brunches on Saturday and Sunday starting at 10:30. Lovely evening ! and my Espresso Martini

This restaurant had my wife's absolute favorite dish last year... to the point I would have to pick it up on my way home from work. My wife anxiously awaited for it to be put back on the menu as it was a seasonal menu. We went there today in the hopes the menu just had not yet been updated on the website. Unfortunately we arrived to find the menu on the website was up to date. Disappointed my wife and I decided to head out when we ran into the owner, Bob, at the door. We explained what was going on and let me just say Bob was was awesome. He and his son offered to make a special order of the meal for my wife. Definitely something no restauranteur has done for either of us in our life times. That small gesture guaranteed us as customers for life. The food has always been delicious but I will always support a small business owner that goes above and beyond for their customer.

Great restaurant! You can sit inside or outside and people watch as they walk by. There is also upstairs area for large parties. The staff were very polite and professional. The waitress we had stated that she was fairly new, but you would not even know it. She provided great suggestions for meals, drinks, and share some light talk with my family and I. She did not make us feel rushed at all. In my opinion, the menu had something for everyone. My family and I ordered the chicken salad croissant, my sister had the lamb burger, and I had the bbq combo (chicken breast and ribs). The bbq ribs were beef ribs so there was a lot of meat that fell right off the bone. It was tender and almost melted in your mouth. My only recommendation is ask for additional sauce on the side. A lot of seasonal drinks as well the standard ones.

We appreciated our waitress’s cheerful attitude and the atmosphere on the patio. Our food arrived promptly, too. But when a manager stopped by a moment later, he had no response to my comment that my tasty Angus beef burger had been served on a cold bun. You’d think he could have at least said “sorry” or offered to reheat it. A disappointing first impression.

Went here for a Sunday brunch. The food took forever and after several apologies from our server, after 50 mins we received only part of our order. It was incomplete as well as cold. This was certainly disappointing. The manager then came out and asked how everything was and we let her know what has transpired and she was disinterested at best. There was no correcting the lack of taste or quality you get here. Save your money and any expectation that you have for an enjoyable brunch. Go anywhere else for a better experience!
