I stopped in on a whim and was greeted immediately by a super friendly server named Vanessa. When I wasn't sure what I wanted she said when I'm ready or any questions she'll be right there. Very impressive demeanor the whole time like she was glad I came in. Not like some that act like you're bothering them or "oh gosh, I have to work now" attitude. Good conversation, I ordered 2 subs and didn't have to tell her repeatedly how I wanted them. When I got home they were perfect and tasted good. Unlike some other reviews saying the meat had no flavor. They're wrong. Even the tomatoes were fresh and ripe, not white or green and hard as a rock. Kudos to both Vanessa and subway for that experience and I'll definitely go back for more. Thank you.

I love this store the lady Sarah was very nice, patient and friendly. Great service 👏 and the young man was just a nice 👍 Oh will be going back!! The food is very fresh and kept very clean 👌

The current evening crew are worse than ever. Place is filthy, stale bread, food thrown all over the place, used false eyelashes on the cash register, friends hanging out in the dining area... Out of meatballs, cheese, cookies and most veggies.

All kinds of signs that say drive-through supported but nobody comes to the drive-through window they look at you and tell you to go inside they don’t even open the window to tell you to go inside

The only subway restaurant where the employees are more stoned and slower than I am. Also no hair coverings of any kind in sight. Got some time to kill? Then order food here. And if you're hungry, good luck.

I ordered a footlong sandwich on Wednesday. The oven roasted turkey tasted spoiled rotten. I had to take it out of my sandwich so I could at least try to get some of my money’s worth. The sandwich was still unbearable and I could not finish it. My bread also was not toasted when I had asked for it to be.

New owners have bought the place and are making it better! There’s are new manager who seems very nice, some new crew members that came from the Hamilton subway near ppl(when the store was good), the place is kept clean, food was great, conversation was fun and the music station played good songs. This place has really turned around! I say give them a try and see for yourself. I should take off a point because they wouldn’t give me free extra meat though 😂
