Oasis Restaurant

Great little family restaurant/diner! The decor here is super adorable and very clean. Reminds me of Nonna's house. The ladies room was very clean and the decor was cute/homey. Our meal came out super fast, exactly as ordered and was good! Our server and the other staff we crossed paths with during our short time there were very welcoming and efficient. Next time I will try one of those sweets in the display by the door, they looked so good!

Ok let's be clear I worked here on a Thursday morning for 2 1/2 hours just for a trial basis as a cook. The serving staff was excellencet, even most of the kitchen staff is cool (from what I could tell) my problem is the cook Alex a. k.a head chef uses no gloves to cook anything he would go from cooking to texting on his phone back to cooking from touching ham to touching bread, from touching raw ground beef to sticking his hands in the French toast batter it was really disgusting and the home fries and eggs I ate were horrible. The walk in cooler is old as dirt they have cardboard lining the cooler floor also while walking on the cooler floor you notice it sinks in as you walk, absolutely nothing is dated or covered it separated in the cooler it's raw meat on the same shelf with the vegetables. I will never go here to eat or play golf. If you value your health and the ones you care about health avoid going here to eat. The golf course idk about wasn't there long enough to find out. Yes I said I worked there but everything I said is the truth anybody who doesn't believe me ask for a tour of they kitchen and walk in cooler and look for where they have gloves to cook with. My opinion is my opinion I wouldn't eat there if you paid me to after see what goes in that kitchen. You trying to tell the people I'm just a disgruntle ex employee ok that may be true but nothing I mentioned is a lie if I'm lying show the people a live feed of you going in the cooler and show the floor and everything in there is all messed up and not held to healthcode specifications how Alex really does everything I said. You wish I was lying jerk. And thanks for defamation of character you trying to slander my name with those lies I was going i let it slide but I will be bringing up a defamation suit against you and your establishment. You have to tell lies all I did was speak the truth and you mad. Done be mad at me fix the problem which is everything I mentioned in my review. See you in court

Today while driving on Schonersville road in front of the restaurant I saw a man presumably in a cooks uniform chasing the geese into the roadway and I had to slam on my brakes. So I called the restaurant to complain and the woman who answered said it was her husband and they are the owners. I explained to her that chasing geese into a 4 lane highway in front of cars is not a good idea. Also due to the fact there was probably 20 baby geese that do not have the feathers to fly they cannot fly away so if I wouldn't have slammed on my brakes I would have hit and killed them. The owner's wife then tells me oh no it wasn't her husband's fault that they crossed the road all the time themselves. I told her your husband was running and flailing his arms chasing these birds all the way to the curb making making them go into the 4 lane highway. She just kept arguing with me and basically telling me they don't care more or less.
