Very excited to get their weekly pup cup. Friendly baristas, and best Starbucks in the area…. Bethlehem downtown one is pretty good too.

This is not an anomaly. When a couple raise their voices at each other because of the wait, it's time to do a little introspection. I was one of four customers that had a long wait. I know the labor market is tight right now, but it's not a subpoena. They don't have to work here if they don't really want to. Among the worst. Maybe not as bad as Airport Road Allentown PA, but getting there. I am confident in time, they will be able to achieve that. Where is management to protect investors risk? Where is Corporate to troubleshoot?

I fricking love starbucks omfg. I would ride and die by this company I love it. It's not a healthy obsession i know. But i enjoy.it. i am branching out as the weeks go on and trying new drinks. Very fun.

For once I was happy to get a decent cup of coffee. I still feel their prices are to high, considering the food and beverages are not all that great.

Pretty fast and friendly service! My chicken biscuit sandwich was perfectly reheated. Love Starbucks drinks.

This spot can get very busy at times even if you did a mobile order you might still have to wait. I don't have a problem with the waiting as the employees are very busy. The issue is sometimes you can't see the names on the cups as it is blocked by the sleeve. I feel awkward asking an employee to look for the name and maneuvering the cup myself as other customers are looking.
Maybe place the labels higher up? Other than that never messed up any orders.

Good ol' reliable... Nothing like an instant dose of comfort. Just can't duplicate the way that first sip makes ya feel. It doesn't matter how many videos or recipes I binge it just doesn't compare. Good job everyone!

Seven people standing behind the counter. Not busy. Ordered ahead. Order not ready but workers too busy having conversations and cackling rather than attending to orders. This location is the worst. Never timely, rude, incorrect orders, and apparently work on their on time schedule.
