Words alone cannot express the satisfaction delivered by this amazing establishment and their staff. From the food being brought to our table, to the TV playing shows WE REQUESTED, to the cleanliness and wonderful aroma, outlets to charge your phones, I could go on and on. I came here for my birthday and will be doing do again for the forseeable future. The employees are so kind and chill, the vibe is just off the chain for a "fast food" joint. Come for the curly fries but stay for the experience !!!!

Staff was great chicken nuggets were horrible tasting and smelled horrible as well check out picture. It seems they were taken out of the freezer plopped into oil and cooked before they thawed from being frozen or they were outdated. Yuk yuk horrible even received a second serving was just as horrible as the first. Second complaint was the receipt for my purchase. Can’t be read. Ink was depleted or dried out. Mentioned this to the hostess about having the ink changed she shrugged her shoulders. I decided to order through Uber Eats for dinner. I should have decided to go somewhere else. I put an order through for a cheddar and roast beef sandwich, an upgraded fry and shake with it too. Of course, you have to meet the minimum delivery to get reduced fees, so I got two cookies (sounded pretty good in theory). My driver brings the food, but only delivers a small bag, stapled shut. It didn’t really look like a sandwich, fries, milkshake and two cookies could fit in there. Where is the rest of my food? I submit my concern through Uber, and they only refund me half of my purchase (that’s laughable as I only received 1 out of 5 items). Then I finally get to my sandwich (which smells a little funny) and THIS. The extra crispy sandwich wrapper I didn’t order either! Now that my sandwich has some extra toasted paper flakes to top it off, my ENTIRE meal is inedible. So glad I wasted my money to get this!!

Okay so i barely eat here and when i do i always order the same things. I didn't mind waiting the 15 mins in line even though i was late for work a few minutes. This is what grossed me out. I literally drank half of this coke and there was this piece of hair and plastic. 🤢🤮🤮🤮 I literally just threw up at work. I am never getting food here ever again!!!!! I can't even eat the food i ordered now since im afraid their is hair or something in it.

I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss and got like 6 tomatoes in my sandwich and the bacon was cold. A young man who worked there was walking by and saw that. I was so mad he noticed he apologized I told him it was fine. He came back with another sandwich even though I told him it was the kindness went a long way.

06302022 7:15 PM 90° out, came in to get a lemonade. Waited five minutes, somebody comes out and says the lobby is closed. I asked for a manager. I am told this is unit number 1093. Male staff member with black shirt tells me he don’t give a “F”. and that he feels threatened. The staff member should not appear in public until a psychiatric evaluation is performed. Will be calling this evening to see if an incident report was started by the manager yet. I will be calling corporate thereafter. People do not risk their money for a store so staff can abuse the public. There was a young lady with a purple hat on next to me when the staff member told me he doesn’t give a F. This is surreal.

Came in after work. The sign on the door said the dining room was open. Theo door was unlocked and a man was being served. The female worker saw me and went to the back, ignoring me. Another man came in, then another. The male worker who was apparently on break, as he was fixing food for himself while ignoring the line at the counter, eventually yelled back that they had customers. Moments prior, I asked a male employee who was in the back, if they were open, he said yes. Now another female employee comes from the back and rudely tells us they are drive thru only. I pointed out the sign on the window said dining room open, and door was unlocked, making them open. Now the male employee who moments ago said they were open appears and says we must leave and go to drive thru. The man behind me was taking pics. This angered the male employee who began cursing at the man with the pics. At this point, I became fearful for my safety, because there were 4 employees and just me and this man. I will NEVER come here again. They should not wonder why Arbys are so few and far between...
