Amazing atmosphere, food was out of this world, and the service was on point. We come here to celebrate every special occasion and so far we have never been disappointed.

Always consistently good service, food and atmosphere. We love coming here for a late dinner and have sat on both sides. Drinks are always nicely done as well. Glad to have this gem in the area
This place was amazing. It was a great birthday dinner for my girlfriend. If there was an option for more than five stars, I would give it the max. The food and service were both incredible. I would definitely go back again.
WOW 🙌🏼 GRILLE 3501 IS SIMPLY THE BEST! I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make my Grandmother’s funeral Mass luncheon so completely wonderful in every way. The food was phenomenal, the staff went above and beyond, the venue was clean and everyone was impressed with how well it all came together. I had to plan this luncheon during a very difficult time AND I live out of state. Team 3501 made it all so effortless. They worked with me on putting together a menu that worked with my budget and customized a drink selection for our group as well. So thank you, thank you all for everything you did for me and for my family. I’m sorry this took a couple of months to write but I’ve thought about you all on numerous occasions. I can’t say enough amazing things about 3501 so I’ll just say thank you one last time. THANK YOU!
Loved the ambience, cocktails and food! Our waitress was very attentive and kind to offer her suggestions. My only complaint is that the second floor seating area was extremely hot. But besides that I would definitely visit again.

We had an amazing dinner at 3501! I had the pork chop and my wife had the sea bass. Both were cooked perfectly. I have never had a pork chop so tender... the secret? It is injected with fat and it stays juicy and tender that way. The creme brule was so good too! Highly recommend! One note, they had three seating areas: outside, a casual bar area, and a more fine dining area. We sat in the bar area. It was a bit loud but it had good energy.

One of the better meals I've had in a while, Grille 3501 is a real gem on the midway point between the Philly suburbs and the mountains. We got the crispy calamari which had the perfect blend of saltyness and texture that I barely used any of the pepper jam it came with. We also had the potato gnocchi which was well done if lacking some of the standout flavors of some of the other items.
I ordered the veal medallions which came on a bed of asparagus and a chorizo risotto with a merlot demi glaze. While the risotto could have used a touch more chorizo it was tasty and complemented the dish perfectly. The veal was a true standout. I can honestly say this was some of the best cooked veal I've ever had. It was perfectly seasoned, to the point for maybe the first time in my adult life I didn't need to as any salt to the dish. Simply melt in your mouth perfection.
For dessert I had the flourless chocolate brownie, which was a great way to end the night. Come with an empty stomach, because you definitely will want to leave room for dessert.
As for ambiance and decor it's exactly what you'd expect for a restaurant with top shelf food at medium range price points. Service was friendly and prompt, and despite the entrance being a bit confusing it made for an incredible dining experience. Definitely worth the trip if you're anywhere near Allentown.
