First time coming was cash only, not a huge deal but inconvenient. The only thing decent was the coffee. The donuts were hard and the breakfast sandwich has hard and soaked in grease. I took one bit and had to spit it out.
The second time I tried to come for just coffee, the business was not open on it's listed business hours. I'm not sure what Allentown is usually like but this place is horrible for personality, hospitality, service and food.

Not sure why the bagels sometimes taste perfect, and the next day you are not sure it is the same place that made you the bagel the previous day.

Great food and coffee but staff can be nasty. I think because they work long hours with little no help! I think Dunkin should raise their salary and get more staff

Great environment and location. One of the ladies there already know my order soon as I walk in and it's amazing definitely would go there again

It's good, sometimes the people there (not staff) are loud and rude or arguing but they have good food and I go there most of the times.

Every customer should get the same service and attention to detail, not just suits and uniforms! Depends who’s working. Can get crowded but overall good ppl here. I tip according to the service of my last and current visit.

I used to work at the Dunkin' on 2nd Street plaza. There's a Dunkin on 6th Street, I would always order coffee and ask for sugar then never receive it.
