Ruby Tuesday

Salad bar is the best thing that Ruby T has. My burger was good but beef was overcooked, not what I ordered. Went to try the promo Salad+Entree+Dessert. Desserts were both awesome 😍. I really like that you have free refill for specials drinks as flavored teas or lemonades. 🎉 The restaurant wasn't really busy but looked like servers were having a hard time. Service was good but really slow.

We used to love Ruby Tuesdays but unfortunately they all stink. I don't mean that figuratively, I mean it literally. Also the last one we were just in, as you can see in the pictures, had the dreaded high temperature LED lights which are not conducive to a pleasant mealtime illumination. The waiter here was wonderful, but even though he was great the Ambiance and the dirt Factor leaves a lasting impression. Please get it together Ruby Tuesday's! We love your salad bar and given that there are lot of your restaurants closing I would hate to see this one close as well.

The salad bar was inedible. Looked like maybe it was yesterday's salad items. There were two piles of only dirty, very dirty, plates where clean ones should have been. No clean plates. I ordered a burger, but got a cheeseburger. Waitress asked me twice if I really wanted her to take it back for one without cheese. I really did. The dining area has no blinds and large south facing windows. It was VERY HOT and we were told there were no other options to seat us in a mostly empty restaurant. We never saw a manager, not even when it was obvious we were not having a good experience. Overall, a serious letdown. Skip it for somewhere with a more comfortable and friendly atmosphere and better food.

Great place, a good surprise. The place needs a little update probably but the stuff and food was amazingly good. Nice service, fast not expensive at all. Asked a little bit different that what they had in the menu, it was well executed and delicious. We were all happy with our food and our waitress was great too.

Absolutely love their salad bar. Its got all the good stuff that should be on one. Everything from eggs, broccoli, sweet corn to real bacon bits, cottage cheese & their own flat bread & everything in between. If you sign up for their emails they send you daily coupons or price specials. More than well worth it!!!!!! We'll certainly be returning.
