On June 6,2022 at 7:20 pm we had the best service! The lady working the window was super sweet and the cook even came bring us extra fries! Hands down the best service I ever had at a fast food restaurant. Plus the food was very fresh

The Burger King in Alexandria, LA. was awful. I waited in a drive thur with only one vehicle ahead of me and had to wait about 20 minutes before person could even give there order. Pull up to intercom silence so after 5 minutes I start speaking trying to see if someone was there but nothing. Finally order after 15 minutes, pull up to pay for food I'm told to pull up and wait for food to come out after about 10 minutes but my order wasn't complete. I didn't receive 2 fries or the drinks so had to continue to wait. Really BAD service

Coming off the highway for a much needed food and bathroom break, we pulled in and one of the staff outside said their dining room was closed due to a water line issue, but graciously unlocked to let us use the bathroom and order food. Staff was very friendly and helped us on our way. Thank you!

4stars if it's for your dog. Food be cold n hard n order be completely fixed differently fix from what I order. Why are they still open. Best Bk is on north Mc Aurther hands down

This was the worst Burger King I ever went to. I order the 2 for 10. He over charged me for cheese, he don't no how to take orders, instead of listening he just keep talking and being rude. This was my last time going over there.

Its 80' outside and you dont have any ICE?! That is something you tell people BEFORE THEY PURCHASE!!! And when a customer says they want a refund, before they even get their food, YOU GIVE THEM A REFUND!! I sware you all lost your minds! ICE COLD food that I would bet money on wasnt even nuked! Three pieces of lettuce the size of a quarter or smaller. And half a container of fries. DISGUSTING!! HORRIBLE SERVICE...my grandma moves faster than you all!! Dang do the city a favor and just close this nasty place down!!!
