One of the best coffees in town. 🧡💗 This branch has the sweetest staff, no exaggeration. They literally call you “honey” and say “have a wonderful day” unlike other shops. Sometimes we need to hear that in the morning. Plus they’re so welcoming, despite the busy hours. Thank you, Penny! 😍 I usually order the Original Blend with an Old Fashioned donut. Sometimes I get the Chocolate Frosted donut. Pics 👇🏼

I was there this morning. Worst service ever! I ordered toasted plain bagels with strawberry cream cheese and veggie cream cheese. Guess what Guy did not toast the bagles , he put strawberry jam and other one left plain. I saw what he was doing and kept saying that it’s cream cheese not jam. Usually if somebody makes mistakes in the order they fix your order. But both girl and boy didn’t care at all. I doubt girl understand anything about my order and buy definitely did understand.But he didn’t care. He still gave me plain bagles(not toasted, no cream cheese) with jam and plain. Luckily girl figure that I am not happy and gave plain cream cheese on the side. But It was still not my order.At point I gave up and came sad with this order in my car.😡😡😡😡😞😞😞

Customer service is very disappointing and I will be notifying the corporate office about this experience with the dark skin young lady that process orders during the early a.m hrs. She’s very rude, inconsiderate, and have no patience when dealing with customers. I decided to stop in this morning after being warned by my staff about the customer service. I have informed my staff not to patronize this location that’s convenient to our workplace due to the rudeness of this particular young lady.

Was there friday 6/10/2022. Time . 10:45am walk in no costumer inside only me i asked cachier lady for 2 donuts and coffe she just look at me her co-worker asked me if i want to order or pickup .told him order the lady give me that donuts and coffee i asked for more sugar .she told me i have to say how many sugar when i order she seams exhausted dont want to work .i told her does she has a problem if someone ask for more sugar. The big dud next to her scream at me i told him to shut up .he got more ungry and follow me outside the store yealling??????? Those 2 stupid cashiers should be fired .nobody inside only me they got made because i cut their conversation.they want it slow to have time for drinks and talking !!!!!!!!!! Stupid staff stay away

DD is my go to, however wish I would have read the reviews before walking in. TERRIBLE customer service, I asked for a iced mocha. There was no creamer in my drink so I asked for some creamer, they rudely told me next time to specify and then only handed me one. They also missed a donut on my order. When telling them this, they said “no you didn’t order a donut” when showing them the recipe she said don’t put that in my face and threw us the donut. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Very very unprofessional.

I just left from this location and I have to say that I had an amazing experience with a young Lady who works there named Emily. She made my entire day. I was having a hard time focusing and she knew exactly what I needed when I couldn’t form the words. My donuts are fresh and my drink is perfect. I am beyond satisfied!
