I don’t write reviews often—however this was such a bad experience. I’m not expecting much from fast food except that it actually be palatable. I couldn’t eat anything from here, from the burnt French fries with no salt to the burger that was a mouthful of mayonnaise. Seriously, has this person preparing food actually ever eaten a sandwich. Honestly, I’d love to go back and see how many folks would eat the lunch I got.. and then charge them for it.

Came it late morning on a Monday to grab something to eat. There was a line three customers deep. No employees were working the registers. I waited about ten minutes. The employees behind the counter clearly did not care there were customers waiting.
This is not a good way to run a restaurant.

The McDonalds on Franconia Rd near Edison HS was visited by me at 6:15 am. The staff was super friendly throughout the drive through process. My order was correct; my coffee was fresh and hot. Excellent experience.

This McDonald's is only operating its carry out window, effective March 17, 2020.
Nicely run McDonald's located across the street from Edison high school. The carry out drive through window continues to be the only way customers can get food. On September 2021 we used the carry out window. It has now opened up for in restaurant service.

I gave 5 starts 2 years ago. Today I had an experience with the cashier (the gentleman with yellow glasses). He refused to adjust my order after I asked him 5 times and he ignored it. This is totally unacceptable. I had to stop, get into the store and make the right order. So rude and unprofessional.
Update: in my last visits I didn't see the the same cashier.

Food is always hot but this one particular lady at the drive way is always rude. Ive had to go in too many times because what I was ordering she couldnt seem to understand. Hot (Fresh) Filet, extra tarter sauce..extra cheese.

I absolutely can't stand this McDonald's and really am not a fan of the parking lot. It's usually really busy and have had my order mixed up on a couple occasions.

NEVER GO HERE! Have tried several times and buns are always stale, nuggets are over fried, food is luke-warm at best. Drive a little further up the street to the McDonalds at 6020 Rose Hill Dr, so much better service and food!
