Papa Johns Pizza

This Papa John's has NEVER managed to have an order ready by the time they provide to pickup. It's to the point that I intentionally show up late because I know the order won't be started until long after it was received. I'm not sure if the staff all need to be retrained, or if they all need the boot and they need to bring in competent workers, but I can't begin to understand how a pizza joint that doesn't see much business can still manage to be as late as they are. Wish I could rate 0.

First of all I waited entirely to long before somebody picked up the phone and then after they picked up the phone they told me please hold!!!!! I was on hold for 20 to 30 min just for them to tell me to call back and press 3. 😑 🙄 I'm so annoyed!!!!!!! Why even tell someone to press three and you can just placed the order and be done with it. This is the second time I encounter a promblem with this papa John's. This is Definitely RIDICULOUS. Y'ALL REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!!! How do y'all call yourself a team and you don't even help take a order for the call system. I wanted to leave a "0" stars 🌟 but that wasn't a option!

I will never ever,eat at papa John's pizza again, the delivery is horrible, the manager is horrible and they are a lier and a fraud. You guys going to loose business specifically the way the manager and workers too. The guy named khon, pretend that he could not hear me that's he's having hard time to understand, when they messed up and keep asking for my phone numbers kept speaking in Afghanistan to the person next to him and laughing..

I found the people very accommodating and the delivery prompt/ packaging great. HOWEVER the pizza was tasteless, very little toppings, pepperoni, onion and green peppers. Sadly this was the worst pizza we have ever eaten. We are from So Cal and have tried many different pizza places. Would encourage franchise to punch up their sauce, add a blend of Romano., Parmesan, to their base Mozzarella snd NOT skimp on the toppings.
