7-eleven

As we stood outside locked out just after midnight, a lady drove post past and said, "Don't even bother, the guy working right now is an azz. That dude makes up his own hours and locks the door from midnight to 4." Sure enough, she was right. We knocked on the window and the strung out guy mopping looked right at us and proceeded to ignore us. Apparently everyone in the neighborhood knows that despite being advertised as open 24/7, the overnight clerk just does whatever he wants. I don't expect much from a store like this, but at least be open during advertised times.

The most unprofessional person at the front Counter. Told me service dogs were not allowed in and must stay at the front door. My service dog is trained by military and I am in the military. Of course I followed the rules my dog stayed at the front door I have never had a person make my service dog stay at the front door. I’m pretty sure this is against regulation/law. He was so rude!!! Please do not visit this 7/11 ever!!!!!!!!!!

I went into the 7-Eleven and I witness one of the employees she was a short older foreign lady act Totally unprofessional and not considerate of other customers that were in the store. I witness her being very disrespectful and rude to a customer professionalism went out the window as soon as she opened her mouth her Service with the public Went straight out the window. Her colleagues that were there didn’t even say anything they just look lost. and a little embarrassed. I started to say something to her but I just stood by and watched her actions I truly do not think that she needs to work there I don’t have her name but I would like to report that her customer service was totally unprofessional the way she spoke to the young man and the lady in front of everyone she was so rude I just would never want her to wait on anybody that I know including myself I decided to walk out the store Once I seen the treatment that she gave them I was there when the other customers entered and when they left when they left! They werI not rude or disrespectful I happened to go to quite a few 7-Eleven’s and the people are not unprofessional they very kind and helpful in this particular store it’s not the case at this one well at least she was not. I recommend that you do some type of customer service training and how to deal with the public. Maybe verbal judo will help . But in the case I this older female employee this individual should be fired Guarantee if she worked for me she would no longer have a job and she would definitely learn this is not how you treat customers. They should know they never know who’s watching them it’s sort of sad after working a long day to see something like this. I would also like to gift appreciation and props to those employees that do treat people well you never know what a person day is like if she don’t like her job she need to quit. The only reason why I gave them a one star because they didn’t have a zero it’s very unfortunate but that employee made me never to want to step foot in there again. How is shameful embarrassing .
