I don't think I have ever been to a more shocking Sonic. Nobody responding to the stall button and only to notice they were all flashing. Seems everybody got fed up of waiting and just left.
Joined the drive-through and that was another big mistake. Did not move for 15 to 20 minutes. We lost patience and drove away. Took a quick glance and they didn't have a single car at the second window. Somebody was trying to get their attention at the first window, though.
Don't use that labor shortage excuse either. The unemployment boost ended ages ago. I can only imagine how bad it was for delivery drivers trying to pick up orders here tonight.

Waited at drive through for an hour, got tired of waiting so drove to the window just to wait another 30 minutes. Finally an hour and a half later someone came to the window and had an attitude..

It's become a thing,that ordering on the app, it takes 20 minutes to get food. I know they are short staffed. But a comment through the order board would be nice. A time estimate, an heads up. It's frustrating. By the time you get your food it's cold. I don't mean warm. I mean it's completely cooled.

Sonic has become more favorite burger place if I actually at burgers a lot. Most chicken, n tea. I like that when I do get a burger I can taste the fresh meat. Frozen meat but it has flavor unlike some. 😎🤔

Love everything about this Sonic. Friendly employees, great food....try the pretzel stick with cheese, so good as a snack.

I ordered the five piece chicken strip dinner. It looked like it had been cooked at lunchtime even though this was close to 5pm. The crust was a dark brown, so thick I could barely bite through it, and the chicken inside was so dry it was bordering on turning to powder. I walked the dinner inside and explained the situation. The cook came over to me and apologized. She said she would personally see to it that my meal was cooked fresh. I thanked her and returned to my vehicle and waited. The same cook brought the meal to me personally. She again apologized for the first one. When I opened the second attempt I couldn’t believe my eyes. It looked identical to the first one. It looked like she had cooked it an extra twenty minutes. I promptly drove to the trash and deposited the inedible meal.
The reason for the two stars instead of one is for the lady’s attitude, demeanor, and desire to please. She should seek a career in customer service instead of the culinary arts.

This is the WORST sonic in the entire state. If you order and PAY for extra toppings then give them what they paid for...my cup has a thin layer of caramel smeared around....you can barely enjoy it! This isn't even the standard amount much the less extra. This place has always been substandard...poor management!
