Panera Bread

I was standing in front of the cashier more than 5 min. while a couple of guys behind the register not even bother to receive an order or tell me to go to serve service station. When I ask one of the guy he told me that they don’t have a cashier to receive an order and told me to go to the self service which I never used it. To my surprise while I try to pay on the self service and other customers take my line, the cashier shows up and start taking orders.

Today 6/29/2018 I ordered my food at 5578 Vincent Gate Terrace, Alexandria, VA 22312 I got southwest salad and soup, while I was eating my salad halfway through a Bug came out walking through my fork which you can see it in the pictures. Also there was a core of lettuce inside it was dirty and rotten. Also it had raw chicken that was smelling so bad. This complain will go to the health department as well. VERY BAD SERVICE AND COMPANY. The manager Joseph and Leo was offering me another salad with no shame. Also offering me a coupon expecting me to come back again with the coupon. ZERO STAR This place doesn't deserve to be open.

Clean, spacious establishment with excellent customer service and large tables for group dinning/meeting or small cubicles for individuals, good for getting a quick bite or relaxing with a hot cup of coffee. It has a modern cafe-eatery hybrid ambiance like Starbucks but with extensive dinning options and table service like a restaurant, including a fireplace! The only drawbacks to this place are the tight, small parking lot with limited spaces and the conspicuous location hidden behind a large apartment complex away from an otherwise busy expressway junction. Otherwise, definitely one of my favorite local coffee caves!
