Outback Steakhouse

Lesley was our waitress. She gave one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time. She is truly one of a kind! She is somebody you will remember because how she makes you feel! She took good care of us from start to finish. Very genuine and personable! The food was good but she truly made the experience.

We came in earlier this evening and ordered a ribeye and it was perfect! My husband and I love going there for the food and awesome service! Our personal favorite server is Wilson! He is always smiling and happy to help with even our weirdest, most complicated requests! There also seems to be a great deal of team work among the staff! 10 out of 10 WOULD recommend!!

Came in on a Friday night expecting a long wait but was seated almost immediately. Wilson was an awesome server. He was very friendly and tentative. Food came out quickly and was exactly as we ordered it. Dinner was delicious and hands down the best in the area. Thanks Outback for always delivering a great experience.

We come here to eat all the time and it’s almost always the promise of good service and great food, but today, we had an amazing experience! To give context my family and I travel a lot, a d we eat out a lot. So I have had many interactions with many servers, but our server today, Alexis, is easily the best waitress that had ever served me or my family. She was so sweet and attentive and I appreciated it a lot!

2-17-20* Revisit My wife and I brought our children here for the first dates. I explained the situation to the host and he was very courteous in getting us all our own tables in the same area. Our waiter was also very courteous in helping us with this situation. My little girl is only 8 and my son is 14. The waiter done an excellent job working with us all especially the children. Outback has always been one of our favorite places to eat. Thanks go out to the staff that helped make this night special for us all. FYI..the floors are a bit too slippery. This is a concern for people falling and getting hurt. The mens bathroom floors are worse. Although everything is clean the floor have a very slippery residue on them. We went at 4pm on a Friday and were seated instantly. Our server Paul H was awesome. The food was perfect. The burger was cooked perfect, lots of flavor. The appetizer was insane. If you get an appetizer get this and try it. Mac and cheese balls are dang good. My wife said the Shrimp on the barbie were seasoned good and cooked perfect. Paul H recommended trying the New Ginger Bread Martini which was freakin awesome. This was probably our best dining experience in Alexandria.

William was awesome. His attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. We didn’t just feel like another number but took the time to greet us and ensure anything needed was provided. I can’t say enough about William only to say others should take notice. You guys are blessed to have William. Wish him nothing but success.
