Chuck E. Cheese

Not what it used to be. The toddler section needs an update. The pay system is all on card now and you can pay for an allotted amount of time rather than still available digital token method. I was looking forward to seeing what the pizza was like and they did not disappoint! Pepperoni is nice and thin not too greasy and cheese is tasty and stays on the nice thin and crispy crust. Games for the older kids are good. Some great classics and newer games. Needs to update to stay competitive considering there are other establishments in the area. I'd hate to see this one go. This chuck e cheeses has been in that location for years.

My overall experience was great my kids enjoyed themselves. One thing concerns me, I had an incident where the machine to add time and points stopped working after taking in my 6 $. A worker was behind me the entire time but wasn't paying attention, when I asked for help she didn't believe I put 6 Dollars in the machine . Long story short I was credited the 6$ back but only after being treated like a liar. I understand it's chuck e cheese and alot is going on , as an employee I think she should have at least considered that the machine took my money instead of assuming I was trying to get free points .

The staff doesn't speak fluent English and for my first time at Chucky Cheese I was asking about how it works for there package plans and they never explained anything and just rung up for me and my daughter what ever package the wanted wich total to 50.00 dollars I ask why so much to enter when it was 1hour and half left to before closing. Then staff say you get all these points but in fact all I needed was just a few points to have fun for my 4 year old daughter. The tried to sell me a higher package with out explaining anything then I order pizza and drinks but didn't know I could have same money. Everytime I ask questions the short and rude and act like they don't know what I was talking about. Bad experience and I ended up spending close to 100.00 because of lack knowledge from staff explaining to me how it works. Will never come to location or if at all Chucky Cheese again. Not to mention some the games was not working after swiping my card to play the games. Only thing was good was the pizza.
