This is my favorite DD store in Alexandria. The staff is so nice! Toya, Jayda, Jeff and Mercedes are my dream team! They do get busy and you may have to wait but it's worth it! I think they could use a bigger space for the volume of orders.

Decent spot and I go here frequently. People working there seem to be very displeased with the job and life which kind of kills any chance for more than three stars but food and product is just fine. Getting out of the lot can be tough due to one way aisles and if you need to turn left leaving, it's also tough.

I cannot understand how a a company can take out of service equipment needed for customers. Cleaning should be done outside of customer hours.

This location is now understaffed. When they increase their staff I could give them 4 stars. There are over work team members still providing service with a smile. Be patient and show av little grace when you go to this location.

Staff was nice, but I'm leaving 1 star because of poor management. They were presumably understaffed because the service was incredibly slow. I ordered a coffee and waited 25 minutes before I left because the people ahead of me still hadn't gotten their orders. There were hoards of people waiting outside the whole time. Something's gotta change
